Introduction to Switch Workshop

For children ages 5-14

July 16, 2024

Tuesday, 6:00pm - 8:00pm

(Student will build 2 robots )

Rev up your engines and hit the racetrack with RoboThink! 

Get ready for an adrenaline-pumping workshop where individuals will build and race a fleet of extraordinary race cars and trucks. But that's not all– they'll also dive deep into the fascinating world of automotive engineering, learning about transmissions, pistons, differentials, and more! Strap on your racing gloves and join us for an epic ride. No prior experience necessary– just a burning passion for speed!

Student will be introduced to switches. They will get a chance to manage their robots as per the instructions given at the first and given sufficient time to modify with their abilities.

AGREEMENTS

ROBOTHINK PHOTO RELEASE AGREEMENT - You will be able to accept or deny to this release during registration.
 
I acknowledge that while my child is attending this RoboThink program, he/she may be photographed by a still or video camera. I authorize RoboThink, LLC. 
to utilize my child’s photographic image without identification in its brochures and advertisements in any media, including RoboThink’s website. In giving my consent, I hereby release and hold harmless RoboThink and its agents from any and all responsibility or liability relating to the use of the photographs. I understand that neither my child nor I will receive compensation should any photograph authorized hereunder be used.

Cancellation Policy 

·    A refund will be issued if it is 1 week from start of the program

·    A 50% refund will be issued if it is 48hr from start of the program

·    No refunds will be issued within 48hr from the start of the program 

·    A full 100% refund is given if the program is cancelled by RoboThink Ottawa.
